Travel Information

On Friday morning, September 30, the parking lot 13 is open for conference participants. During Friday afternoon and weekends, all parking lots are open. Please see the campus parking lot map in the “Travel & Hotels” webpage for the locations of the parking lots, Fine Arts building for plenary talks, EIT/ETAS buildings for parallel sessions, and Donaghey Student Center for banquet.

Please Note: Saturday night is the evening of the ONLY Arkansas Razorback football game hosted in Little Rock this year.  So, aside from the fan base, two of the local hotels are hosting the football teams. Please book early to assure you get room!
